For over 30 years, her focus as a Human Resources Executive has included significant initiatives across culture transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement. Michelle has worked in partnership with C-Suite leaders on a broad range of company-wide strategies in both talent and overall business improvement.

Michelle’s career in human resources includes roles within financial services, consulting, and serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for MGM Resorts International, leading culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives for the company’s 88,000 employees worldwide. She is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, a diversified enterprise whose portfolio spans professional sports, entertainment, media, real estate, ranching, wineries, and asset management businesses across the United States and internationally.

Michelle has a B.A. in Education from Arizona State University and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
