Michelle DiTondo is a Principal with Avion. She supports organizations in human resources leadership and organization transformation. For over 25 years, her leadership development initiatives have included culture transformation and employee engagement. Michelle works in partnership with the C-Suite on a broad range of company-wide strategies in both talent and overall business improvement.

Michelle began her leadership career in human resources with multiple financial services companies, then was a principal consultant for an organization development and leadership effectiveness consulting firm where she provided organization effectiveness consulting for a number of global Fortune 100 Companies. Most recently, Michelle was Chief Human Resources Officer for MGM Resorts International, leading culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives for the company’s 88,000 employees worldwide, where she worked in partnership with the C-Suite on a broad range of company-wide strategies in both talent and overall business improvement.

Michelle has a B.A. in Education from Arizona State University and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
