Darryl Albertson is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. He supports senior leaders, teams, and organizations in the areas of leadership/management development, team development, change management, performance management, and employee engagement.

Darryl is experienced in serving as a consultant to prominent leaders and client organizations. He has also held executive positions across several companies in the areas of chief human resources and diversity officer, international human resources, talent management, and leadership development. Darryl has extensive experience in global management, as well as human-capital support for IT projects and mergers/acquisitions.

Darryl has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the University of Southern California.
