Donovan Baddley
Principal Consultant
Donovan Baddley is a Principal with Avion Consulting. His areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership transition and acceleration programs, executive team building, and motivation and energy management. Much of his work has focused on the unique leadership challenges present in highly matrixed global companies, agencies, and partnerships.
Prior to joining Avion, Donovan held various executive-level learning and development roles in a diverse set of organizations, including White & Case, Ralph Lauren, Condé Nast, and several high growth start-ups. In these roles, he led organizational and cultural change initiatives, built global leadership development and transition programs, and coached numerous executive teams and individual leaders.
Donovan holds an executive coaching certification from Columbia University’s 3CP program, and is certified to administer a number of assessments, including Hogan and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI). He received his undergraduate degree in English and Creative Writing from UC Santa Cruz. He lives just outside of New York City.
