Jeff Graddy is a Partner with Avion. He advises senior leaders and their organizations on how to maximize business performance through improved leadership effectiveness. He has a passion for helping executives reach greater levels of personal effectiveness and leadership performance through the application of behavioral science. Jeff focuses on helping organizations create high performing cultures by shaping the individual and systemic factors that drive sustainable organizational performance.

Jeff began his career in healthcare, delivering behavioral health programs and providing crisis intervention. He also spent time in the field of sport and performance psychology.

Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Florida.
