Logan Gaskill is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. He has nearly 20 years of experience as a consultant, executive coach, human resources, and operations expert. Logan began his career as an HR consultant for Deloitte Consulting. In this role, he assisted Fortune 500 companies with various initiatives, including talent and change management, workforce analytics, critical workforce segment assessment, and organizational design and assessment. His operational experience includes senior leadership roles at both Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts International. While at Caesars Entertainment, Logan progressed through various human resource leadership roles across its domestic locations. Following Caesars Entertainment, Logan joined MGM Resorts International as the Vice President of Human Resources at MGM National Harbor, leading the property's pre-opening and early operational phases. Logan applied his human resources knowledge in functional roles as the Vice President of Hotel Operations at MGM National Harbor. In this role, he oversaw a 308 room hotel, 12 retail outlets, and the environmental services staff for the $1.5 billion resort. As an executive coach, Logan has a passion for creating opportunities for underrepresented minorities to grow and excel in their careers. As a consultant, he is driven to work with organizations to develop inclusive cultures where diversity is valued and embraced as a positive impact to the business. Logan holds a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University's Institute for transformational leadership. Logan holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and earned a B.A. in Business Administration at Morehouse College.
