Mike Lynn is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. He draws from his global management consulting and professional services background to cocreate and deliver transformative leadership development programs, to facilitate team collaboration and to coach leaders of all levels for mindful professional success. He specializes in addressing executive communication, team leadership and strategic thinking, and has a particular interest in mindful decision-making and long-view learning.

Mike worked for McKinsey and Company for nine years, helping consultants from analyst to partner in building thinking, strategic and communication skills and driving team effectiveness. He subsequently was the head of learning and development at global marketing strategy consultancy Prophet. In his independent consulting work, he has led numerous leadership development programs and coached executives of all levels. Prior work experience includes marketing strategy roles at Arthur Andersen and ORBA, Ltd.

Mike has a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University, Chicago, and is qualified in administering the MBTI and other assessment/evaluative tools.
