Netysha Santos is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion Consulting. She is passionate about HR, coaching, facilitation, change management, culture, conflict management, and organizational design. Her clients include management consulting firms, investment funds, corporates, law firms, and tech startups.

Netysha has had an extensive corporate career in investment banking, big tech, and high-growth startups. Most recently, she served as the Chief People Officer of Adore Me Inc., which was acquired by Victoria’s Secret as part of its digital transformation. She has also held roles at Meta (formerly known as Facebook) and Google in Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships, both in the US and Europe. Prior to Google, Netysha worked in New York City as a Fixed-Income Sales Trader at Merrill Lynch and an Institutional Credit Analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Netysha holds an MBA from INSEAD and two Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Political Science from Rutgers University. She is certified in Life Coach Training via the ILCT and is a trained Negotiations Instructor via Harvard Law School.

Netysha currently lives in Paris with her family and enjoys ballet, reading, film, and tennis.
