Stuart Jackson is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion Consulting. He combines over three decades of multinational business experience with his knowledge of leadership theory and practice to help clients develop talented and effective global leaders. Based in the US since 2004, Stuart is a US and UK national whom has led leadership development, talent management, and operated as an Executive Coach within the apparel sector, including companies such as Ralph Lauren, Club Monaco, Diesel Inc., STAFF International (Incl. D-squared, Just Cavalli, Maison Martin Margiela), Levi’s Strauss and Dockers.

As an Executive and C-level Coach, he works one-on-one with leaders to achieve breakthrough changes in how they influence and lead. With an extensive career in corporate human resources, he has a particular interest in building high impact, business-focused teams.

Stuart is particularly passionate in the support of creatives in all fields, making professional breakthrough performance the key focus. With experience across continents and cultures he supports high potential talent and individuals in transitional moments of their careers to be their best.

Stuart has been recognized for his achievements in the field of Diversity and Inclusion having been nominated as one of the top Chief Diversity Officers by Black Enterprise magazine. His certifications include Institute of Personnel and Development from Westminster University and a certified coach from the Columbia University Coaching Program.
