Antonia has close to 20 years’ experience in the Talent and Recruiting space in both the Investment Banking and Legal industries. She has worked globally and led firms through many important transitional periods, all whilst focusing on the strategic recruitment, retention and development of people. Antonia has experienced first hand what it takes to lead and achieve ambitious goals within some of the most demanding industries.

She focuses predominantly on helping professionals reach their fullest potential, lead and operate at their highest level, identify their real goals and values and understand what truly makes them feel fulfilled.
