David Wang is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. He coaches and consults with executives and their teams in areas of strategy, leadership and organizational change.

David began his career over 25 years ago as a management consultant, helping leading global companies win in the marketplace through innovation, growth and operational excellence. Over the last decade, he has focused on leadership development coaching and organizational effectiveness consulting to help U.S and Asia Pacific clients perform at the top of their game. He served as a business line leader at global human capital consulting firms such as Hay Group (now part of Korn Ferry) and Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now part of Willis Towers Watson), and he has worked with clients from diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, media, technology and education.

David has a B.A. in Government/Political Science from Harvard University.
