Kenneth “Case” Caldwell is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion Consulting. He focuses on maximizing team performance to improve organization efficiency, clarity, and performance. Kenneth is especially adept at navigating high-stress industries that operate in complex and disaggregated environments. Additionally, he enjoys individual coaching and development to support individuals in finding their managerial style and fulfilling their potential as leaders. He believes leadership should progress from practical to transformative and then become inspirational.

Kenneth brings to Avion 14 years of practical experience leading high-performing teams as a Navy SEAL officer. During this time, he provided operational and strategic leadership to drive team performance across multiple global locations while training and mentoring the next generation of military leaders. After leaving active duty, Kenneth entered the technology industry and worked in a global management role where he reinvigorated inactive business areas.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is currently located in San Diego.
