Kevin Bryant is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion.  He partners with clients utilizing a context-driven approach toward leadership coaching, team development, and organization strategy.  His strong background in adult development, teaching, and learning allows clients to better understand themselves as leaders and learners to make sustainable transformational change.  In addition, Kevin supports organizations on the core components of diversity leadership, the diversity crisis model, alongside DEIB strategy development.

With close to 20 years working in the education sector, Kevin has partnered with everyone from state leaders to district leaders to teachers in order to find solutions to critical issues that impact millions of lives.  His experience working in a reactive industry has developed and strengthened  in Kevin the dexterity required to understand the needs of leaders and organizations across different sectors.

Kevin holds a doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University and a Masters of Education Leadership from Columbia University.
