Naheemah McMicheaux-McCallop is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. As the creator of Divine Pause, Naheemah has helped women, executives, and entrepreneurs find their freedom in radical self-care, mindfulness in chaos, and finally overcoming the “superwoman syndrome” to reclaim time, joy, and well-being.

She also holds a B.A. in Business and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with over a decade of experience. As a consultant and HR advisor, she has worked with organizations and nonprofits to help teams and executive leaders create compassionate cultures of wellbeing and belonging through an inclusive leadership coaching mindset supported by restorative justice principles.
