Sophie McGrath is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in leadership, team and organizational development. Sophie has over 17 years’ experience delivering the coaching, consulting and capability work that allows leaders and their organizations to grow through their people. She is a qualified professional coach, certified assessor and seasoned facilitator of global and local management teams. She is deeply passionate about developing inclusive human- centered leaders that grow thriving organizations.

Sophie has experience of partnering with SMEs up to Top 100 companies, delivering to a diverse range of clients across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. She has worked across industries with an emphasis on financial services and the creative sector. She has held global and regional people leadership roles including Head of People Capability and Head of Talent appointments with leading financial services organizations, where she developed group-wide leader effectiveness and manager development solutions. Sophie has also led the people-focused aspects of global M&A, engagement and culture change programs. Most recently, Sophie has been delivering global organizational development programs within the creative sector for Warner Music Group and M&C Saatchi Group.

Sophie holds a first-class post-graduate Psychology degree, is accredited as a professional coach with the international Coaching Federation and is certified to deliver various leadership and personality profiling tools and 360 evaluations.
